Brand Ambassador Program Details
I am really excited to have the opportunity to tell you a bit about our jewelry Brand Ambassador program!
While some online retailers prefer to use online advertising to reach new customers, we prefer to reach out and make real connections with real people. Everyone from stay-at-home moms and part time bloggers, to the seasoned online marketer and Instagram SUPERSTARS, can benefit from our Brand Ambassador program.
By focusing on our jewelry Brand Ambassadors, rather than spending large amounts on ads, we are able to offer our customers better pricing, on the highest quality items, while developing valuable partnerships with others.
Is the program for you?
We are looking for Brand Ambassadors who have specific qualities. Is this you?
1. Knowledge of (and Appreciation for) Marketing
No, we do not expect our Brand Ambassadors to have a marketing degree. We do, however, expect that they have a grasp of the current marketing atmosphere, the importance of integrity and truthfulness in all dealings, promoting Kim's or otherwise, and the power of social media.
2. An Established Online Presence
You should have some established presence. Whether it is a website, blog, active twitter, or other social account. You should have the ability to reach others and spread the message.
3. A High Level of Professionalism
We expect the same level of professionalism from our partners and Brand Ambassadors, as we do from ourselves. In other words, shady characters need not apply. I think you know if this applies to you.
4. Natural Leadership Skills
Why do you believe people will accept your recommendations? Do you have a track record of trusted recommendations to your friends, family and associates?
5. A Passion for Building and Growing Relationships
Being a Brand Ambassador for Kim's, or any other brand or company, is about making friends and connections. NEVER about pushing products on people. If you find someone with a need we can fill, you should feel comfortable sharing our store with them. You should be the type who enjoys making new friends and relationships and you do not shy away from social situations.
6. The Ability to Gather Feedback and Provide Innovative Insight
One of your responsibilities as a Brand Ambassador is to share valuable feedback with us that you get while representing Kim's. Bad news, good news, GREAT news! We want to hear it all. You are the finger on the pulse of our customer.
Think you have the right stuff?
If approved for our program, I will send you both an Ambassador ID (which can be shared as a personal discount code, giving your contacts an extra, unadvertised 10% discount on their purchase and tracking any purchases made to your Brand Ambassador account), and a tracking "link" which can be used online for the same purpose.
When a customer purchases through your ID, you will receive 10-20% of the sale, depending on your monthly sales volume. In addition to the ability to earn commissions on your referrals, we also run all types of contests and competitions, giveaways, and more for our Ambassadors!
As a jewelry Brand Ambassador, you can be confident in knowing that when representing Kim's Artisan Studio to others, they will be treated with the utmost care and respect, given the best quality customer service, and most of all, be overjoyed with their decision to choose Kim's!
